Roy Family

We've been living in PQ for over a year now and love it! We will however be moving back to Poway in January. Jared is the Operations Manager for a printing company in San Diego, which he enjoys but it keeps him very busy. Stacy is currently working full time for a publishing company in RB, going to school to be a landscape designer, doing all the mommy and house wife duties, and busy being prego - that's right, baby #2 is on its way and due July 4th! We're very excited, although we're not quite sure how Gavin's going to take it when he's no longer the center of attention. Gavin just turned three and is WAY too much fun. He completely skipped over the "terrible two's" (which was wonderful!) but now has quite the rebellious streak! He loves school/daycare, dinosaurs, Thomas and Friends, and anything to do with the movie "Cars" or "Toy Story" (Dan - your bedroom from high school would be a dream for him now!!) He also never stops talking so we never have to guess what he wants or what he's thinking (wonder where he got that from). We can't wait to see everyone and Merry Christmas!!

Strong Family

Just a quick family update...We (Jason, me, Abigail, and Kaitlyn) live up in the SF bay area. We really love it up there. Jason works for PricewaterhouseCoopers, and I am a personal trainer. Abby is almost 4, Kaitlyn just turned 2, and I am 6 months pregnant with a baby boy!!!

Paul and Erin Henderson

I know, I know, you are all a little jealous of the killer beard. So, this is us. Erin and I have been married for about 2 1/2 years. We are currently living in South Jordan, UT. I graduated about 1 1/2 years ago from BYU and haven't missed it at all. Except for the lacrosse team. I spent a couple years playing and a couple years as the defensive coordinator. I wish I could still be involved, but I just don't have the time. I work in downtown SLC as a financial analyst with Goldman Sachs and Erin works as a dental hygienist in Lehi. Our life mostly consits of work and more work. Between both of us working 60 hr weeks, we find some time to snowboard in the winter and wakeboard in the summer. Erin is an avid marathon runner and I've even started running a lot (mostly to keep the belly off). We hope to have an addition to the family in the coming year, but who knows. We do have a pretty awesome cat though. :) I haven't been back to SD nearly as much as I would like and I wish I could be at the party. Hope everyone is great and stay in touch. Apparently I'm the only person without a blog, so you'll just have to email me. Peace.

Winegar Family

Has it really been almost 10 years? Are we really this old? Here we are, the Winegar family: Spence, Julie, Cooper & Savannah. We are living and raising our kids in Bountiful, UT. Cooper is 4 and so in to learning right now, he can't wait for kindergarten next year. Savannah is a little spit fire and is crazy brave. She just wants to follow Cooper and his friends around the neighborhood doing grown-up things. I spend my time doing whatever a 4 and 2 year old want to do... preschool, video games (so far Cooper and I have completed both Xbox Lego star wars, all 3 tak's, all the Disney movie games, and are on to the Nintendo ds lite selection) McDonald's, puzzles, jumping on the couch, and most recently building snowmen! Spence works in South Jordan for HP. Christmas in Poway is going to be a blast this year, can't wait to see you all!

Greetings from Baytown! One night back in Erie, PA with the Carpenters when we stayed up way past midnight, this party was born. With our 10 year reunion just around the corner I guess there's a lot of people we just wanted to catch up with. We can't wait to hear what everyone has been up to and see all the new additions to people's families that we haven't gotten to meet yet. As for us, (for those of you who may not stalk us on blogger) we are living in San Francisco. Dan works in Advertising for an agency downtown, Ashley has just entered the world of being a full-time Mom, and Calvin is our 3 1/2 month old who is really good at doing what babies do best....eating, sleeping, smiling, pooping, the occasional vomit, and of course wrapping us around his little finger while doing it all. Please come by and catch up even if you can't stay long. We are looking forward to seeing you all there!

We can hardly wait for the big bash!!! We are so excited to see all of you friends again! For a quick update Matt has been going to U.O.P. Dental School and will be finishing up this summer. Liz enjoys staying at home with the girls, who are constantly keeping her on her toes. Maddie is going to be 4 in March and Olivia is 17 months, they are such crazy little ladies and we love them so much. Matt is so busy with school and we miss him a lot. Liz loves blogging and spends most of her free time stalking friends, and friends of friends, and acquaintances of friends of friends on the internet!! We love you all and can’t wait to boogey down together!

One heck of a pre-ten-year-reunion-party reunion party!

Here's the deal. It's a party and you're invited. In the interest of trying to catch everyone while they are in town visiting for the holidays a few of us are putting together a crazy Poway bunch reunion bash. Below are the details.

*When: December 26th 2007 (some leaving after Christmas to spend New Years elsewhere and not sure when everyone will get into town, so we thought this was our safest bet)

*Where: The Carpenter's house

*What time: 4:30 until your bedtime (those of you who have kids, come early. Those of you who are looking to bring back the good ol' days of chocolate milk in the bonus room - well, there's no curfew now. You're all grown up, and we're not going to kick you out!!)

*What? We're thinking about ordering pizza (everyone bring a bit of cash to contribute), some old high school pictures/videos, games, stories, and whatever else you dream up. That's the purpose of this blog, because this idea is very fluid right now. Post your ideas in the comments section of this post!

*Who? Everyone! There are many of you whom we don't know how to reach or we haven't been in touch with in a long while, so please spread the word with anyone from the good old days. (You don't have to have graduated in 1998 to come!) But please everyone, RSVP if you are going to make it (or have someone else pass on the word for you) just so we know how much food to order.

*How do I RSVP? Send an email titled RSVP to dnahenry@gmail.com containing a picture of you AND your spouse (if applicable) from high school along with a current picture of you or your family. Any copy in the email will be included in the post created with the pictures that you send. No limit on the pictures or comments, unless they are about me I won't edit them.
